Accounts cum Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Cum Admin Assistant position for our company in Greater Noida. Candidate with project/site accounting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties of Accounts cum Admin Assistant

  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement Preparation of salary statement (ESI, PF and Professional Tax)
  • Passing of accounting entries in Tally (Receipts and Payments Voucher)
  • Maintenance of Books of Accounts (Files and Ledgers)
  • Bank payment and receipt entries
  • Verification and processing of vendor invoices
  • Handling cash and bank transactions
  • Assisting in bank related work
  • Working knowledge of income tax (TDS), GST, Professional tax, bill and usage of Accounting system
  • Coordination of audit work Preparing debit and credit notes
  • Maintaining petty cash book
  • Processing of journal vouchers
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable bills Vendor account reconciliations
  • Assist payroll administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of all accounting and financial records
  • Preparing payslips for the employees
  • Preparing invoices for clients, sending reminders for outstanding payments
  • Preparing various account reports on a monthly basis

Preferred Candidates for Accounts cum Admin Assistant:

  • Any graduate having experience is general accounts and admin profile
  • Preferably M.COM or B.COM
  • Must have MS office expertise i.e. MS Excel with advance formulas, MS Word etc
  • Experience in Tally or Zoho Books is added advantages

  • On-boarding process, joining formalities and exit formalities
  • Organizing events and team activities Organizing employees birthdays
  • Employee counseling and grievance handling
  • Maintaining the employee database and the recruitment database
  • Survey report/liaising with vendors, as and when required
  • Handling travel agency coordination and travel insurance
  • Managing leaves and attendance
  • Transportation management, handling official travel ticket bookings, as and when required
  • Managing and handling office requirements, for e.g., laptops, anti-virus protection renewals, etc.;
  • Managing internal data backup
  • Notary/ Courier/ Stationary management
  • Interacting with vendors for various requirements
  • Compiling reports
  • Dealing with government agencies, statutory authorities and various external agencies
  • Overseeing infrastructure management such as electrical and housekeeping, facilities and space planning
  • Maintenance of premises including Guesthouse and Office purchases
  • Preparing increment/promotion letters during appraisal time
